In two weeks and a half weeks, filming for "Eclipse" will be wrapped, and the release for "New Moon" will be less than a month away. To celebrate both, People magazine is putting out a special collectors edition "New Moon" issue with an exclusive first look at "Eclipse." And yes, we mean look. People has a photo straight from the set of the third installment of none other than Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.
One of the high points of the collectors edition for most "Twilight" fans will probably be the look People takes at the romantic chemistry between Rob and Kristen. They even got Rob to admit (not for the first time, for those keeping track), "When I got in the room with Kristen (auditioning for 'Twilight'), there was a certain chemistry. Shes basically the reason I did the movie."
"They're genuine, and they're very talented," Ashley Greene told the mag. "It's like a secret potion that you cant really pinpoint, but they both have it."
The edition has interviews with the "NM" set from Taylor Lautner, director Chris Weitz, and the rest of the ensemble, as well as talking to "Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke. Kellen Lutz begged in his interview, "We want Stephenie [Meyer] to write more books if she could!"
The collectors edition magazine hits newsstands Friday and will be available until November 30 — enough to keep you occupied until "New Moon" is released and get you excited (for having to wait eight months!) for "Eclipse" as well. People is offering a $1 off newsstand coupon as encouragement. Lets just hope that set photo of "Eclipse" is a pull out wall-size poster like the ones J-14 always has!
