Ok, i know it´s Lainey but, she is praising Kristen so...
Her mullet has grown out into a layered, shaggy mop. LOVE it. Especially the first step at the front, like a grown out fringe. She looks amazing, head to toe amazing gorgessity. The makeup is great, the dress is pure sex, am fangirling for her legs, though I would have chosen a less sparkly shoe. It’s an Eva Longoria shoe, you know see what I mean?
Whatever. That’s super, extreme picky. And that’s not the point. The point is she’s a hot bitch. And it was a decent interview. Stewart has certainly improved since her disastrous appearance on Letterman last year. It seems unlikely that she’ll be back on Letterman for a while. And this is a shame. Would be interesting to see how she’d fare now bantering with Dave. Because as well as she performed on The Tonight Show, we all know, Jay is easy. There is no prestige that comes with making it on Jay. But if you can make it with Dave, you can make it anywhere.
I very much like Kristen Stewart. I think she has a good future. And part of that future is evolving with the game. It would be nice to see her evolve to the point where she can go back there and win Dave over.
As for last night, Stewart was there to promote her upcoming film The Runaways in which she plays Joan Jett, generating very positive word of mouth. Let’s recommend it to the people who think Angelina is trying to turn Shiloh Jolie-Pitt into a lesbian.
On Stewart’s much-discussed “cough” at the Oscars – she addresses it herself during the interview and has a great attitude about the incident and the criticism that followed. She thought she did a great job. She didn’t fall on her ass in front of a room full of some of the most influential actors of our time. Great.
But ... you want them to pretend they don’t read the blogs and the message boards. I know it’s a hard ask of this generation when their entire existence can be summed up, shut down, killed, and resurrected on the internet. I just...I just want Kristen Stewart to be cooler than that.
