As Stewart, she of "The Twilight Saga" fame, turned one year past that of legal drinking age in the U.S., it was fitting she enjoyed a low key celebration in a Hollywood bar, her on-screen vampire beau beside her.
At nightspot Harvard & Stone, the couple enjoyed cocktails in intimate upper-level seating, according to E! News.
"They were having lots of drinks on the top floor of the bar and seemed to be having fun," a source claimed.

Joined by friends, Pattinson and Stewart took interest in some dancing ladies flanking the space as "the bar had a burlesque show which took place every 30 minutes and they were watching that."

Celebuzz/Taryn Ryder Kristen turns 22 today, so it should come as no surprise that she spent her birthday weekend with boyfriend Robert Pattinson. The Twilight couple hit up Harvard and Stone on Saturday night, one of their favorite bars in the outskirts of Hollywood. Casually dressed as usual, the couple made a low key entrance and hung together inside.

If Harvard and Stone sounds familiar, it should… The bar is owned by the same people as Pour Vous, the lounge Robert Pattinson, 25, was spotted at last week. Gossip sites had a field day because he and Lindsay Lohan were both in attendance at the soft opening of Pour Vous, but as Celebuzz reported Thursday, the outing was “totally innocent” and there was “nothing more to it” than two friends supporting the owners.

E!onLine Kristen Stewart's 22nd birthday is today, but the Snow White and the Huntsman star, boyfriend Robert Pattinson and 15 of their close friends went ahead and celebrated the occasion Saturday night.

A witness tells E! News the birthday girl and her posse hit up L.A. hipster nightspot Harvard and Stone. "They were having lots of drinks on the top floor of the bar and seemed to be having fun," the onlooker says of the Breaking Dawn duo.

"Kristen was wearing a black hoodie, black leather jacket and skinny jeans, while Rob sported an Adidas shirt and a full-grown beard," the observer says. "No one seemed to notice they were there."

The group was even treated to some special entertainment for the birthday celebrations. "The bar had a burlesque show which took place every 30 minutes and they were watching that," the eyewitness adds.

Aside from the scantily clad entertainment, Rob and Kristen were laid-back, opting to chat with their friends rather than dance to the oldies music playing in the Prohibition era-style bar.

"Kristen seemed happy to just catch up with her girlfriends," adds a witness. "She didn't dance at all. Neither did Rob. But their friends were really enjoying the music."

The Twilight couple didn't get too affectionate in front of the other clubgoers, but they did walk out holding hands around 1:30 a.m.

Twitch was the first to bring word of Gary Oldman, Helena Bonham Carter and Garrett Hedlund being offered parts in the Warner Brothers backed US adaptation of Katsuhiro Otomo's classic manga and now we have learned that Kristen Stewart has been offered the part of Kei, a young medium who becomes the love interest for Kaneda - the role already offered to Hedlund.

Stewart is a choice that makes sense on most levels - she's certainly talented and has name recognition far above most in her generation - but also concerning in that none of the Twilight cast, Stewart included, have been able to find any sort of success outside of that franchise with Twilight fans not caring what any of them do elsewhere and everyone else generally staying away because of the Twilight stigma. Could this break the trend if Stewart accepts? Possibly - that it's more of a support role than a lead will help - but it's a somewhat risky move.

Update on Robsten Sighting (Celebuzz)

celebuzz Kristen and Robert are making the most of their downtime — together, of course! The couple is all cozied up in Los Angeles before Kristen departs for London to film Snow White and the Huntsman.

During the Snow White panel at Comic-Con, producers confirmed that the cast would be jetting off this week to get going on the much hyped project. Filming is set to start in early August.

So what have Rob and Kristen been up to?

The couple was spotted having dinner Tuesday in West Hollywood, Calif. “They looked relaxed and comfortable. They were just talking, hanging out like any normal couple” says an onlooker.

It’s rare Pattinson and Stewart go out without prying eyes, so we’ll just leave it at that.

Kristen Did Not Dine with “Mystery Man” in Los Angeles

Gossipcop: HollywoodLife has gone from taking cheap shots at Kristen Stewart whenever possible to botching movie “news” about her to bungling her travel schedule to taunting her about Robert Pattinson’s co-stars to creating fake professional rivalries to stirring controversy over her sex scenes to inventing romantic evenings out to… well, you get the idea.

The site’s track record with Stewart is abysmal (and that’s putting it charitably).

So when HollywoodLife reports that the actress had dinner with a “mystery man,” red flags pop up immediately.

“Eyewitnesses saw Kristen Stewart having a fun night out with a guy friend in Los Angeles Friday night May 20, while Robert Pattinson was stuck filming Cosmopolis in Toronto,” declares the blog, detailing Stewart’s supposed dinner at Sunset Tower Hotel’s restaurant with a “pretty short, brown haired man.”

“Now fans, don’t get upset. This wasn’t a date!” explains HollywoodLife. “The pair looked like they were definitely just friends.”

Phew.

For a second there, we thought the headline, “K-Stew, Mystery Man Have Dinner in Los Angeles Without R-Patz!” might be an attempt to create controversy!

“They seemed like old friends, I mean they were laughing and talking but there wasn’t that romantic spark if you know what I mean,” reports a “witness” for HollywoodLife.

Uh-huh.

One problem.

A rep for the actress confirms to Gossip Cop she was not at Sunset Tower Hotel’s restaurant on Friday.

She wasn’t there with a short, brown-haired man.

She wasn’t there with a tall, blonde woman.

She wasn’t there with Bigfoot or Elvis or the Loch Ness Monster.

She wasn’t there, period.

But we are definitely happy for whatever random, friendly couple HollywoodLife’s “eyewitnesses” did see on Friday.

Maybe a website with half a clue can even identify them properly!

Fake Gossip: Sienna Miller Comes Between Robert and Kristen

Gossipcop: Robert Pattinson’s friend Tom Sturridge has been hanging out with Sienna Miller.

But Star magazine smells a juicier rumor, so the tabloid pretends to smell trouble.

Miller was reportedly seen leaving Pattinson’s London hotel after his Water for Elephants premiere there on May 3. Rather than use logic to conclude she’d been celebrating with a group including Sturridge and Pattinson, the magazine makes it seem as though something scandalous happened. When it comes to her boyfriend Pattinson, claims Star, Kristen Stewart “suspects the worst – and she’s not putting up with it.”

An “insider” tells the tabloid Stewart was steaming about Miller. “Kristen had a tearful fight with Rob during a transatlantic phone call,” alleges the Star source. “She was furious and called him to ask what he was doing. They ended up getting in an ugly fight.”

No they didn’t, because Stewart isn’t indulgently hysterical like Star, and she understands there’s nothing going on between Miller and Pattinson.

Gossip Cop doesn’t “suspect the worst” with Star. We expect it.

Regarding Recent Rumours of a Break-Up: Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are once again the subjects of a “relationship on the rocks” report that manages to be as petty as it is wrong.

Heatworld starts with a magazine rumor that quotes a “source” who says the couple is “spending less and less time together and things seem to have become more distant between them.” The story more or less alleges that Stewart is too much of a homebody for Pattinson, and that his career is making it more difficult to stay with her. Heatworld nods in agreement, observing that Pattinson (in L.A.) and Stewart “won’t be seeing much of each other for a while.”

Of course, the couple is together – in Toronto – as Pattinson gears up for Cosmopolis. But Heatworld isn’t satisfied merely passing along bad reporting and hearsay.

No, the same outlet that once fabricated a Pattinson photograph prefers insults to information, and has a long history of trashing Stewart at every opportunity. Not surprisingly, the site slathers this new nonsense with typical snideness.

Referring to Stewart as “the grumpy lady,” Heatworld wonders whether Pattinson “might be planning to chuck her, and come out partying with us.” The site concludes by hedging its bets. “Of course the idea of Rob as a single man is pretty cool, but while Kristen might be a bit of a grump, they do seem pretty happy together,” admits Heatworld.

Yeah, how frustrating. Those kids insist on being happy.

Maybe Heatworld should just make a phony picture of Pattinson looking sad.

Rumor Control: Will there REALLY be more Twilight books/movies????

Twilightlexicon: We’ve watched the news feeds all day covering the topic of more Twilight centric books and movies centered around the relationship between Jacob and Renesmee. It all started when MTV asked Taylor Lautner about the possibility of continuing on in the role of Jacob Black if Stephenie wrote more novels. You can watch the interview below to see exactly how this rumor got started but here is how we can break it down for you.

YEARS ago, and we do mean YEARS ago, Stephenie told fans that Breaking Dawn was the end of Edward and Bella’s story. She hinted that should she ever return to the Twilight universe the stories would center around Jacob and Renesmee as well as Leah because those stories aren’t finished. I can’t stress enough that she said this YEARS ago. This is not “new” news for fans that have been in the fandom pre-Twilight Movie.

Now jump ahead to the international fan junket that was held last month and was covered by the USA Today . The fans at the junket asked Stephenie about Jacob and Renesmee and she said, and I quote, “That is a question I’m reserving the right not to answer, because there is a chance I’ll go back to their story.”

Now, fast forward to Josh Horowitz saying, “Stephenie has recently hinted at perhaps maybe she would explore more of Jacob and Renesmee’s relationship at some point.” To which Taylor Lautner responds, “Really? Breaking news to me live on MTV.” To which the whole of the Twilight news reporting world took to mean MTV had a scoop that Stephenie is writing more books and they will feature Jacob and they will be made into movies starring Taylor Lautner.

Do we all want more Twilight stories – sure. I’d love to read about Jacob and Renesmee. But are they really going to happen – it’s a toss up. Personally, I feel if we ever do get another Twilight related book it will be years and years from now after Stephenie has stepped away from the world of Forks and done a few others things. By the time any type of Twilight related book is even possibly published, Taylor and every other current member of the cast would be too old to portray their teenage character. It’s a great dream, but one that is a long shot.

So for now, just concentrate on the fact that we still have two more movies to go! And hopefully, someday, in the distant future, we might have another Twilight related title to read should Stephenie feel it’s time to revisit that universe.

Kristen Skipping 'Water for Elephants' Premiere with Robert?

However, Stewart may have a big decision to make about whether she'll attend another WFE premiere to support her Twilight beau. The London premiere of the movie is Tuesday, May 3. But, here's the catch: The highly regarded Met Ball is the night before at NYC's Metropolitan Museum of Art, of course.

It's probably not possible with flight schedules and time zone changes for K-Stew to go to both. But, at least Stewart has a solid excuse for skipping out on WFE should she opt for the Met Ball.

Kristen Stewart made a splash at last year's ball donning an avant-garde, black Chanel gown. It's probably a given that she's on the guest list this year, and it seems like she should probably pick out a lovely frock and attend.

After all, chances are, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson (who just spent last weekend together filming more Breaking Dawn scenes in St. Thomas) wouldn't even walk the Water for Elephants red carpet together in London, as they generally like to keep a pretty low profile.

Stewart can always meet up with her guy later, after the premiere. Not to mention, there are plenty more premieres for her to attend to show her support for R-Patz.

Rob’s parents married young and are still together, that give both he and Kristen a clear view that young love can prevail — if both parties are truly committed and understand what it takes.

One of the foundations of a lasting relationship is commitment to each other, and to making the romance work. Kristen and Robert have been through a great deal together, the incredible pressure of their leading roles of Edward and Bella, managing the huge amount of interest from fans and the media.

They get an A+ from this relationship expert! It’s wonderful watching them grow together. Usually when it comes to young Hollywood romances, it’s like watching a car crash! Not with these two.

Robert Pattinson’s £30,000 love 'apology' for Kristent's birthday

Nowmagazine: Robert Pattinson splashed out an eye-watering £30,000 on three presents - including tickets to Borneo - for girlfriend Kristen Stewart's recent birthday, Now can reveal.

The romantic Twilight hunk was determined to prove his devotion to the actress, who turned 21 on 9 April, so kicked off her special day with breakfast in bed at their hotel suite in Squamish, Canada.

‘Rob ordered a lovely breakfast of champagne, eggs benedict and orange juice in the morning and on the trolley was an envelope,' says Now's source.

‘Inside were two tickets to Borneo. Kristen's always wanted to see orang-utans in the wild, so she was thrilled. Rob told her they'll also be relaxing in a spa hotel on a remote island near the jungle.'

But that wasn't all R-Pattz, 24, presented to Kristen.

‘Working 17-hour days on the Twilight set has been tough on their relationship,' adds the source. ‘They've had quite a few rows.

'So Rob wanted to give her a token of his commitment and gave her a beautiful gold necklace with a pendant. Engraved on the back was: "K, I'll always love you, R x".

'He also threw in a rare first edition copy of John Steinbeck's novel East Of Eden, saying it's his: "I'm sorry for fighting with you during Twilight filming" present. Kristen was amazed he'd remembered it was one of her favourite books.'

Robert and Kristen Caught Kissing: Will They Go Public Now?

Hollywoodcrush: Normally camera shy "Twilight" couple Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart surprised their fans on Monday when they were photographed in a rather amorous pose. In the pic, the twosome were caught in the midst of a kiss while celebrating the premiere of Rob's "Water For Elephants" in New York City.

Admittedly, we've spotted the two looking love-dovey before, but this time seemed to really confirm their relationship status. In a number of snapshots taken that night, the two cuddled, laughed and kissed. These photos not only (finally!) gave hard evidence to all the "Are They Dating?" headlines, but also, in some way, shed some light on what their relationship is like. But will they finally confirm their relationship?

"I don’t necessarily think this will open the floodgates with them going public; it could have been a slip-up," celebrity journalist Dave Caplan explained to Hollywood Crush. "It established them much more as a couple largely because of the back story. As much as it gets some ink on the gossip pages, for Robsten, nothing will change in terms of how public they treat their relationship. I don’t think it's going to change their relationship in any way.

Robert & Kristen’s Romantic Breakfast in Bed in NYC

Ok Magazine: It was a quick trip to the Big Apple for Robert Pattinson and his supportive girlfriend Kristen Stewart for the premiere of Water for Elephants Sunday night, but the couple made the most of their time together – deciding to relax at their hotel and order room service before work obligations.

Following a late night celebrating at the premiere’s after party at New York hotspot Le Cirque, the couple returned to their suite at the Mandarin Oriental. Robert and Kristen stayed in bed as long as possible Monday morning and ordered room service for breakfast. “They ordered blueberry muffins and orange juice,” a source tells OK!.

The couple had plenty of reason for wanting to stay in. Rob told reporters they’d stayed up late filming the final scene for Breaking Dawn until 1 a.m. the day of the premiere and took a red eye from Vancouver to New York.

Fake Gossip: Kristen and Robert to Split in 19 Months

Gossipcop: It’s a measure of just how desperate many gossip outlets are when it comes to Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart that forecasting the couple’s future now includes hypothetical events after the next U.S. presidential election.

According to a new rumor, the actors “plan to split” after the second part of Breaking Dawn hits theaters… in November 2012.

“They do not want to be tied down but at the same time they do not want to have to film or promote the last two Twilight movies with the subject of their private lives high on the agenda,” explains a so-called “source close to the pair.”

Wait, they do not “want to be tied down”?

Actually, it sounds like the sites behind these rumors don’t want to be “tied” to any statement that has relevance for the next year and a half.

It reminds Gossip Cop of Perez Hilton’s famous 2007 declaration that Fidel Castro had died.

Of course, Castro hadn’t really died, and still hasn’t died, but whenever he does finally die, Perez can claim that he “scooped” everyone else! Who cares if it was based on completely baseless, premature speculation!

In any case, the assertion that Pattinson and Stewart “plan to split quietly as the franchise comes to an end” is totally useless, and if November 2012 comes and they’re still together, expect these outlets to “quietly” ignore all of the predictions made today.
