The two girls will be tussling over Robert Pattinson's brooding vampire hunk Edward Cullen in the forthcoming movie, which has been split into two parts.
Swedish-born MyAnna, who moved to England when she was 16, will play Tanya, the head of the Denali coven of vampires, who once had a crush on Edward, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
He turned her down but Tanya's re-appearance is sure to unsettle Stewart's character Bella Swan, who finally gets to bed her true love in the new film.
Buring once starred in The Descent and has also made appearances in the much-derided Lesbian Vampire Killers and Doctor Who.
Casey LaBow will play Tanya's sister, Kate, who has the ability of producing powerful electric currents under her skin - a skill she uses to shock her enemies.
Mia Maestro has been cast as Carmen, another female member of the Denali coven.
Christian Camargo will star as Eleazar, a former member of the Volturi who is now the patriarch of the Denali coven.
Summit Entertainment confirmed earlier this year that the final Twilight Saga film, Breaking Dawn, would be split into two parts.
The first half of Breaking Dawn has been scheduled for release next year on November 18 with the second part out on November 16, 2012.
