As The Twilight Saga cast of Breaking Dawn continues working on the final Twilight film, a recent interview with Eclipse director David Slade sheds light on how Kristen Stewart views the character of Bella Swan.
According to a recent interview in the Vancouver Sun, Eclipse director David Slade revealed that Kristen Stewart had a hard time with her Twilight Saga character, Bella Swan. Slade told the Vancouver Sun that Stewart didn't take from her own life to play Bella, which made it difficult for Kristen to know Bella.
David Slade revealed that "She would say, 'I don't know who Bella is to me.' In a lot of ways, I think she felt Bella was the antithesis to her, which presented a lot of challenges for Kristen ..." At the same time, Slade went on to state how Kristen Stewart became frustrated due to her commitment to quality. "She would beat herself up about it, because she wants to be there. She never wants to leave a scene undone."
