Examiner: Miley Cyrus beats Emma Watson, Kristen Stewart for Favorite Movie Actress, KCA -- At Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards Saturday night, actor/singer Miley Cyrus beat out both highly popular actors Emma Watson of Harry Potter and Kristen Stewart of Twilight for the Favorite Movie Actress Award. She also won over fellow nominee, Ashley Judd.
Ms. Cyrus was nominated for her role in the PG-rated movie, The Last Song, which she starred in with Liam Hemsworth.
The win, based on fan votes online, proves that questions about Ms. Cyrus's recent personal behavior and choices have not significantly dimmed her star in the view of her fans.
Emma Watson was nominated for her role as Hermione Granger in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1; Kristen Stewart got the nod for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Ashley Judd starred in Tooth Fairy, which garnered her many new young fans.
